Lucy Gilbert

I am the Principal Administrative Officer (Student Services). I lead the Student Services team.

I am also involved in the Connect Project as a Staff Connector.

I joined UWTSD Birmingham in September 2021 as a Student Services Officer. I have been involved in supporting student wellbeing, as well as organising a variety of events including graduation.

I completed BA English Literature and Hispanic Studies at the University of Birmingham in 2017.

I am particularly interested in supporting student wellbeing.
