We share our graduates' stories under #FromHigherEdToHired at UWTSD

UWTSD FACE have embedded employability into our courses, bringing employers in or taking students out on internships. When our students graduate they have the transferrable skills employers seek in order to pursue a successful career, business start-up or freelance role.

Have you thought about a career in Logistics or Manufacturing?

There has been an increase in Logistics jobs since 2010 and the trend is set to continue. The global dimension means opportunities for travel. The emphasis on Logistical efficiency means employers are paying more than ever.

Manufacturing contributes £6.7tr to the global economy. Wages were 13% higher than economy average and pay growth has been rising faster than the rest of the economy.

Britain needs an extra 1.25 million professionals in science, engineering and technology by 2020.
