To provide overall leadership in devising, implementing and monitoring a strategic vision for the provision of library and learning resources in support of the University’s mission and strategic priorities.

To provide strategic and operational leadership to support transformational change to an academic programme delivery model that fully integrates physical and digital information resources at a local, regional and national level and blurs the boundaries between the libraries, ICT and TEL.

To be responsible for leadership, development, strategic and operational management across the full range of activities relating to the provision of library services for the University.

I was appointed to the post of Executive Head of Library and Learning Resources at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David in July 2016, having previously held a number of roles within the library service of UWTSD.  I have worked previously at Cardiff Metropolitan University and the University of South Wales.
My professional interests are library and learning space design, opening up access to resources and services, and library collaboration and partnerships. I am also a mentor within the ‘Women in Universities Mentoring’ scheme, and act as a Leadership Foundation ‘Aurora’ role model.
