UWTSD hosts talk by renowned expert in entrepreneurial education

The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) was delighted to host a talk from one of the University’s Visiting Professors, Dr Colin Jones at our new £350 million SA1 Swansea Waterfront development.

Professor Simon Haslett, Pro Vice-Chancellor (International and Enhancement), formally welcomed Dr Jones on his return visit to UWTSD, having previously delivered a keynote address at the Wales NEXUS Conference in Swansea in 2017.

Professor Haslett said:  “UWTSD is championing scholarship and research linked to learning and teaching in general but has, as one of its enhancement themes, a focus on entrepreneurial education. We are delighted to host such a highly-respected international scholar as Dr Jones as part of the University’s enhancement programme and are greatly encouraged by the wide engagement of colleagues in his seminar.”

Dr Jones, from the Queensland University of Technology’s (QUT) Australian Centre for Entrepreneurship Education is an inspirational world-renowned expert in the field of employability, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation.
