UWTSD launches new collaboration with Ducere Global Business School

University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) is delighted to announce a new collaboration with Ducere Global Business School.

The collaboration between the university and Ducere will launch a Wales-Ducere Office, within the University’s Faculty of Business and Management which will manage the delivery of new exciting UG programmes, delivered fully online.

Ducere is an Australian-based online education organisation offering courses in business and management. Their courses combine comprehensively developed content with the expertise and experience of some of the world’s most successful leaders.

The portfolio of BA programmes in Applied Business with three pathways (Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship) will be delivered on-line via a sophisticated and well supported Virtual Learning Environment full time, over three years or fast-track over two years. The Global Leaders Faculty will provide relevant and applied knowledge for every module and the delivery will be further supported by a network of academic staff and student support team to foster a sense of community and belonging among the students.

Professor Medwin Hughes, DL, Vice-Chancellor, said: “The partnership with Ducere Global Business School is an excellent example of the way in which we are redefining our offer to ensure that students are able access higher education regardless of where they are in the world.  We operate within a global community facing common challenges and these programmes will equip our students with the skills that they require to find solutions to such challenges.”
