Intrapreneurship: A new era for innovation

UWTSD's Made Cymru is hosting a free webinar on Tuesday, August 17 from 6pm to 7:30pm with Jessica Leigh Jones MBE to uncover the key ingredients to cultivating a creative intrapreneurial culture, outlining the role of management in making intrapreneurship successful.
The global pandemic has disrupted the way in which we live and work. It has exposed and exacerbated the digital divide and has altered the fabric of our economy. Whilst many organisations have battled with the challenge of adapting to new ways of working, some have seized the opportunity to reinvent themselves. Intrapreneurship offers a mechanism to businesses for investing in innovation and developing their organisational capability. During this presentation, we will uncover the key ingredients to cultivating a creative intrapreneurial culture, outlining the role of management in making intrapreneurship successful.
Jessica Leigh Jones is a multi-award-winning Engineer and Astrophysicist. She is Co-Founder and Chief Executive of iungo Solutions, a CareerTech start-up democratising access to excellent careers for everyone. Jessica is the Chair of the Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS) and Vice Chair of WJEC CBAC. She is also a Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor and a Royal Society Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Here, she is leading the flagship Enterprising Engineers Programme for engineering undergraduate students and apprentices. Jessica specialises in organisational design, talent management, and enterprise education.
