Introduction to storytelling: becoming a filmmaker

The course is an introduction into the world of storytelling and its use within filmmaking. Students will learn how to create characters, produce visual language and edit these to a professional level. By the end, students will be confident in making their own short film.

Josef Herman Art Project for Primary Schools ͏— Memory of Memories and Drawing Objects

The themes in this project deal with loss, death, and remembering family who died in the Warsaw Ghetto. Josef Herman produced some lovely drawings whilst remembering his lost family. This is an artist-led project designed for young children, but they would need support in undertaking some aspects of the themes covered.

This is an artist led workshop delivered to secondary schools with a visit to the Herman Foundation in Ystradgynlais, the Glynn Vivian in Swansea, and to Swansea College of art for a taster workshop with staff in any subject area.
