Claire Blanchard 

Claire is the Partnership Team Leader for all the Regional partnerships in the Institute together with a range of partnerships in Spain, Ukraine and Tokyo. Claire has responsibility for the management and delivery of the partnerships.

Claire has almost 30 years experience of  Higher Edcation Management and has held a number of both operational and strategic positions  in several  Universities in both England and Wales. Claire is both an Institutional and Academic reviewer for the QAA and has undertaken over 50 QAA Reviews in all four Nations of the United Kingdom utilising an extensive array of methodologies. She has extensive experience of both External Examining and External review having examined both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Business programmes  both nationally and internationally. Claire has also undertaken reviews for the British Accreditation Council.

Claire is an HE Advance Aurora Role Model and Athena Swan Reviewer.

Claire has  taught on a range of business modules including marketing, strategy and leadership.

My research interests are in the student experience and retention.

I have a particular interest in enhancement and quality assurance.
