Programme Manager duties for the undergraduate Business programmes at Carmarthen Business School, including all student liaison, timetabling, marketing, admissions, programme strategic development, handling external relationships.

My PhD research is centred around Social Enterprise and its relationship with the well-being of future generations act.

I am particularly interested in all aspects of social business and also community business, community self-sufficiency and community sports organisations related to health and well-being.

My involvement with the community has created an extensive network on local contacts for myself, which has been particularly useful in the development of my role and research.

I am involved in many Social Enterprise and community organisations, both from a managerial and consultancy basis.

I am the president of the Baton Twirling Association Cymru. It is my responsibility to fulfil our aims and objectives and direct my team as appropriate. 

We are tasked to develop the sport of baton twirling throughout Wales and to ensure it has representation abroad at international competitions.
