Teaching the module: Foreign Languages and Cultural Awareness.

I graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a MA in applied linguistics. 

I am an associate professor in Beijing Union University before I came to work in the UK.  I was a visiting scholar in university of Illinois in year 2015 and have published a lot of papers and books in second language acquisition.

I taught English in Beijing Union University before I came to the UK.

I now teach Mandarin on UWTSD's London campus. 

My research interest is second language acquisition, especially learning strategies in second language acquisition.
