I have over 20 years’ experience of working in the private and public sector, in the area of Human Resource Management. Previous roles have included HR Officer, HR Consultant, HR Adviser and Personnel Manager.

I also worked as a teacher’s assistant in Malaysia for a year. Perhaps one of my more unusual qualifications is the International Baccalaureate Certificate in Malay which I obtained whilst working in Kuala Lumpur. I also spent a summer working as a camp counsellor in Pennsylvania, USA.

As a student I attended the United World College of the Atlantic, Durham University and UWTSD.  I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD and obtained a Master’s Degree in HRM in 2017. I joined UWTSD in 2017, as a Lecturer in HRM.
