Research Interests

My previous research experience and interest has been concerned with understanding and enhancing the psychosocial experiences of children and adolescents in sport. However, I am more generally interested in engaging, learning, and working in the field of psychology and applied wellbeing research.

I am currently assisting in research related to:

  • A service evaluation of Dementia Friendly Swansea’s ‘Dementia Hwb’.
  • Recognising the impact of sustainable wellbeing at work initiatives.
  • The systematic review of psychological theory-based interventions that facilitate organisational culture change.
  • Applying this to inform behaviour change to improve engagement with wellbeing policies that leads to promotion of wellbeing in schools.
