I manage the Online MBA and BA Ducere programmes and teach across a number of programmes within the institute of management and health.

Having started my career within banking, I quickly climbed the ladder to become a successful bank manager where I led a branch to become the most successful within the region.

As the youngest bank manager in the company at the time, my reputation and success were extremely important to me, which led me to develop and successfully implement effective performance management and coaching techniques that helped lead to the success of the branch.

After successfully building an established reputation for my managerial roles and expanding my portfolio to include area sales coach, I returned to education as a mature student to build my new career.

Since becoming an academic lecturer I have written and developed programmes and immersed my teaching to build in my industry experience.

  • Higher Education Academy (HEA)
