Support Multi Site Programme Director with the facilitation of the course modules taught in Swansea on site and at a range of hospitality locations.

I have held a professional career in Hotel Management for the past 25 years. Following a 20-year residency in the United States working for International Brands of Marriott and Hilton, I returned home to the UK and lead the property operations at Cardiff Marriott for 2 years before embarking on my teaching career in Swansea. 

I have held positions ranging from Head of Department, General Manager and above property support as Regional Manager. I have built a solid relationship with Marriott and in this new role as Programme Manager for the International Hotel Management Degree, I am committed to providing a comprehensive collaboration between lecturers, hotel property leaders and students in the successful completion of the Bachelors of Arts Degree programme.
