Lecturer in International Hotel Management
I have five years of relevant academic and higher education experience, I have had the opportunity of tutoring, mentoring and teaching students from different social and cultural backgrounds. I mentor, advice, supervise and support students on a personal level both at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level.
I also have experience in teaching Pre-sessional English/ business courses in a UK university context. I deliver teaching (Lectures and seminars) in the areas of international business management , international human resources management, marketing communication, managing and leading people in international organization, ethic is business , international hospitality and tourism management for level 4, 5, 6 and 7 students (MSC and MBA) in UK higher education. I supervise undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations.

My main research interests border around business and management. I am interested in research cantered on improving and building success for businesses. I am currently in the process of completing my PhD in business and management in which I am investigating the extent to which employees adopt Internal social media platforms for employee engagement and its impact on performance in aviation sector within the context of Europe and Africa. My primary interests include; International hotel management / Travel and tourism, International business and management, human resources management (HRM) talent management, learning and development management, organizational behaviour, leadership development, cross-cultural management and communication, cross-cultural communication and Social media/ technology.
