A marketing practioner I started my career in Marketing Planning and Research at British Gas (Scotland). I then moved to Wales to take up the post of Commercial Manager Neath R.F.C. from there I became Commercial Manager Swansea City F.C. My next post took me to Crown Buckley Brewery as Marketing Services Manager and then onto S.A. Brain of Cardiff as Freetrade Marketing Manager, before becoming a senior lecturer in marketing at Swansea Institute of Higher Education.

I was a member of the teaching team for the Tarmac Management Development programme.

I have undertaken Market Research through the Pembrokeshire Business Initiative for their clients most notably Deco Jardi UK and Sicily Direct.

More recently I worked on a Dti project through the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) at Heatherton Country Park near Tenby supporting a recent graduate in a marketing project.
