I have been cooking for 10 years and have an interest in fine dining. I’ve worked at Twr Y Felin in Pembrokeshire for a total of 4.5 years and have recently been promoted to Junior Sous.
When I’m not in the kitchen, I enjoy spending time in the garden. During a lockdown I built my own pallet furniture and learned the basics of growing my own veg. I still grow my own produce mainly for my iguana and find it a cheaper, fresher alternative than buying from the shops. I also became more interested in foraging, and enhancing the flavour of my dishes with things I’ve picked from local beaches and hedgerows.
