Tilly Morris, Grove of Narberth Hotel

I am Tilly Morris and the Head Waitress at the Grove of Narberth in Pembrokeshire. I studied hospitality for 3 years at Exeter College, and after a period of working at the Michelin Starred Adare Manor in Ireland, I joined the Grove as Chef de Rang. Since then, I have been promoted to Head Waitress and now think of Wales as my home.

I love working in hospitality because of the opportunities it gives me to learn and progress and the community that comes alongside it. I enjoy open water swimming and marathon running in the beautiful Welsh countryside.
