We work with people of all ages and abilities to raise participation and support physical activity in all forms. Our work focusses on applied research in practice impacting outcomes for people and communities. All our work is underpinned by a strengths-based approach to health, supporting people to maintain health and well-being through the life course.
We believe we can all play a part in supporting physical literacy for ourselves and others. Whether you are a parent, grandparent, teacher, work with young children in pre-schools or coaching adults in a community. Our multidisciplinary team of researchers, academics and trainers design and deliver collaborative projects which explore health and physical literacy in a range of environments.
