This qualification is designed for learners aged 18 plus. No previous qualifications are necessary for this course, though you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to
write academically at level 3. -
There are no exams. Assessment will be via written assignments.

Successful achievement of the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management will allow progression onto the level 7 Postgraduate Diploma/MA.
The qualification will enable students to apply for positions requiring level 5 CIPD status.
