Sachna Monga, who has graduated with a Doctorate in Business Administration, says she hopes to continue her learning journey and return as a lecturer to share her skills and expertise with the next generation.

Wearing an academic gown and hat, Sachna Monga smiles towards the camera.

Sachna, who already has an International Master of Business Administration, said she was attracted to UWTSD’s London campus because of its well-established reputation for excellence, a unique DBA degree programme, student satisfaction and its location.

She said: “The theme of Doctor of Business Administration(DBA) inspired and motivated me immensely to take my management and professional development to a next level.

“I wanted to deepen my knowledge of Business Administration as knew this course would enhance my core understanding of research and grow my critical thinking to a new level.

“My ambition is to become a lecturer here and while I was studying my fellow classmates always told me that I am good at explaining topics and I was always asked to teach in a group, which motivated me to become a lecturer.

“I’ve also be able to shadow my lecturer as the university gave me an opportunity to teach students under their guidance, which will help me to achieve my desired role as a lecturer in the near future.”

Sachna said she would recommend this course to potential students.

“This course not only enhances critical thinking but also helps you personally. It requires a lot of patience to finish every chapter with perfection and by the end of the course, you became stronger in terms of every aspect of life,” she added.

“It has helped me a lot. I have developed analytical skills and have enhanced my skills in statistical methods of Quantitative methodology. I am also stronger at problem solving techniques which helps in a lot of personal activities too.”
