Welcome to Doctoral Study at UWTSD

The Doctoral College at UWTSD works to celebrate and promote our diverse and dynamic PGR students. We are home to a range of programmes and different doctoral routes but all with the same goal of developing excellent researchers able to make a significant contribution to knowledge in their chosen discipline or professional practice. Our students come to us at all stages of their professional lives from their first work roles to being senior leaders from a variety of sectors based around the globe. Some of our students will have only a short time at our campuses before returning to their home to work whilst others will have the opportunity for more residential programmes. Whatever route you take we want to ensure that you have access to the research environment that will really foster your development.
