Our Location

Carmarthen offers a rich and vibrant hub of creativity that draws together a unique subject combination of the creative and performance-based arts with hi-tech digital film and media processes, to create a learning community that is dynamic, innovative and exciting. The campus is a creative melting-pot for practitioners and entrepreneurs located within striking and iconic buildings.

A different kind of classroom in a truly immersive campus experience

We subscribe to the idea that everywhere is a classroom within our creative community. The learning opportunities in workshops, lecture theatres, rehearsal studios and locations are where ideas are formed, discussed and acted upon – these are spaces for reflection, discussion, enquiry and opportunity. Whether you are an actor, an artist or designer, you will find yourself working alongside, and with, creative writers, filmmakers, new media producers, puppet-makers and directors.

Five students sit on chairs in a Victorian wood-panelled hall, while a tutor stands and speaks, hand raised in emphasis.

Immersive Room

In the immersive room, a student sits at a small desk; green light from a desk lamp shines across her hands and face; thirteen people stand across from her watching, while one man films using a tripod camera.
