What was your favourite thing about Swansea campus?
Other than the fantastic staff my favourite things were the banner printer, access to new materials and tools and the café.
Why did you choose UWTSD?
I chose UWTSD because it was recommended to me by one of my lecturers at Gower Collage Swansea.
Being near to where I lived was also a large contributing factor.
What did you enjoy outside your studies?
Most of my time has been taken up with my course because I enjoyed it so much. When I did have time, I enjoyed playing the Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom and related games. I also enjoy going out for food with family and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
What are you doing now, how did you get to where you are and how has your course helped you in your career?
I’m hoping to find a position in the videogame industry or animation industry as a character designer.
I am also planning to set up an online store selling stickers and other items of my work.
What was your favourite thing about your course?
My favourite thing about the course is that it has allowed me to develop my own individual style. I also really enjoyed the first semester when I could work on my own project while still having the lecturers to help whenever I found myself stuck.
Would you recommend UWTSD and why?
I would recommend this course to anyone who was planning on taking illustration seriously and yet still didn’t know what area they wanted to work in.
