What is your favourite thing about Swansea campus?
I love being surrounded by design; the campus constantly reminds me of who I want to become and the importance of design. Posters, drawings, packaging, books, and a touch of creative chaos create an inspiring atmosphere. Additionally, the computer lab equipped with excellent technology is a favourite spot where I spend a lot of time, even after classes.
Why did you choose UWTSD?
My introduction to this university began with meeting some wonderful people, and I quickly fell in love with the place. For me, it’s not just about the location, but the people who make it special. The teaching staff here are incredibly supportive and inspiring.
What do you enjoy outside your studies?
I enjoy visiting Swansea Bay, sketching with watercolours or acrylics, and often immersing myself in digital design late into the night.
What do you hope to do when you graduate?
I have ambitious dreams. I hope to become a successful UI/UX designer and work for one of the renowned “FAGN” companies or another major firm.
What is your favourite thing about your course?
I appreciate that the programme is well-balanced and teaches us practical skills necessary for our careers. There is a lot of hands-on experience, including working with real clients. The information provided is very useful and is delivered in an engaging way.
Would you recommend UWTSD and why?
The friendly, almost family-like atmosphere, the excellent teaching staff, the interesting and comprehensive programme, and the field trips and excursions during the academic year make UWTSD a fantastic place to study.
